OUR services
Jorson Technologies offers a unique service where all the R&D is done in house, offering all the required services from concept, design, prototype through to finished product without the need to share your idea or concept with several different companies.
We work through a highly efficient and well-practiced method of finding the best solution for the task whilst minimizing the costs generally associated with R&D. This is because generally multiple prototypes are modeled and created in order to analyze the performance of the part. Instead, by using Solidworks in conjunction with 3D printing, we only need to go to the manufacturing stage with your project once.
MILLING
Jorson Technologies has a multi-axis CNC mill with an effective travel of (x,y,z) 380mm,280mm,380mm respectively. We can machine materials from softwoods and thermoplastics to metals like aluminum, steel, and titanium. Meets ISO standards with a machining tolerance range of +/- 0.1mm
We also have a 1200mm x 2400mm CNC router with 4th axis capabilities which is capable of cutting all woods and most thermoplastics, as well as some aluminum. Has a tolerance range of +/- 0
TURNING
Our lathe offers an effective travel of (x,y) 153mm x 1000mm and can fit up to a 350mm piece of stock for turning. Meets ISO standards with a machining tolerance range of +/- 0.1mm
MILLER
Solidworks is a Computer Animated Drawing platform that allows us to create 3D models where every aspect of the design can be animated, analyzed, and optimized to produce an industry-standard CAD model in a variety of formats.
Our experienced team is highly proficient at all aspects of Solidworks which allows us to create simple single part profiles, to an array of parts working dependently of each other. Our drawing capabilities is done in both simple 2D extrusions to create a 3D model, and working directly in 3D planes to create unique and complex geometry.

Stereolithography (SLA)
Our SLA printers can fit up to 300mm x 150mm x 400mm envelope and print in most coloured and/or clear epoxy resins. The resolution of our SLA printer is outstanding, at +/- 0.05mm.

Common parts produced by SLA include:

-
Complex geometrical itemS

-
Scale models

-
High precision moulds and Jigs
Fused Deposition Manufacturing (FDM)
Jorson Technologies operate a 24 hour operating printing farm made up of 12 FDM printers. These offer incredible precision and can print up to a 600mm x 600mm x 600mm (x,y,z) envelope. We offer various materials including PLA, PLA+, ABS, ABS/PC, PC, PETG, TPU, Nylon, Nylon/CF, and PEEK. The resolution of the printer is dependent upon the geometry of the part and the configuration of the print, but the general resolution of the print is +/- 0.25mm.
Common parts produced by FDM include:
-
Couplings and Fittings
-
Moulds and Jigs
-
Custom Components
