INNOVATION THROUGH TECHNOLOGY

Innovative Design Solutions

Broadly our method is as follows:

Consult with the client and produce a set of client requirements so that we can properly understand the task at hand, but also to ensure that the R&D stays within the scope of the task.

Design a 3D model that accurately models and illustrates the client’s idea/requirement and produces a model that is approved and signed off by the client.

Simulate the task in which the designed model will be performing and determine the working limits of the design, as well as the general functionality of the design.

Optimize (phase 1) the 3D model based on the results of the simulation such that all requirements are met and the client is happy to proceed.

Manufacture (phase 1) a 3D printed model (scaled if necessary) to obtain an idea of how the final product will look and perform. Sometimes a 3D printed assembly is created and tested to understand the overall performance of the part/s.

Optimize (phase 2) the 3D model based on the result obtained in the manufacturing of the object.

Final Manufacturing can be completed on a suitable machine in-house, ensuring cost is minimized by avoiding additional optimizing phases.
